Course Content

1 ECO-BITES FOOD TREASURE HUNT
In this activity, you're given the opportunity to host a hunt at home where your family members search for specific food items. As they locate each item, they will learn about their impact on human and environmental health as well as their taste and nutritional profiles. You can conclude the activity by preparing a snack using healthy, sustainably raised foods and reinforce the connection between the hunt and healthy eating habits.
