About Course

Course Description: This two-part, bundled course invites parents and caregivers of neurodiverse children to explore healing meals and lifestyle habits that support steadier energy, calmer moods, and clearer focus. It is suitable for both adults and children who are experiencing conditions such as autism, OCD, ADHD, stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioral or learning challenges, which stem in part from nutrient deficiencies and toxin exposures.

Part One: Explore Simple, Nourishing Foods & Lifestyle Habits that Support Calm & Comfort

Here, my son and I explore the origins of OCD in his life, which is a subset of autism. I offer him insights about how he can use whole foods nutrition and dietary supplements to mitigate his symptoms. Three insightful videos and three colorful text-rich infographics explain what OCD is, identify its triggers, and provide tips for practicing radical self-care. Here, you’ll also learn about a doctor who utilizes homeopathy to manage and heal the symptoms of OCD. And, you will get access to a (paid-for) lifestyle prescription that my son received from a professional healthcare practitioner. You can discuss the prescription with your doctor and discern whether it applies to your situation.
