In this module (Part Two), you’ll have the opportunity to listen to my Deep Dishin’ podcast. In the podcast, which is offered in 13 easy-to-digest segments, you’ll learn the history of the USDA eating model and discover why it has been called flawed and misleading by top nutrition experts. You’ll learn about the ecological problems linked with industrial farming, which (along with the health problems that affect industrial farm workers and food consumers) inspired me to create The Eco-Intelligent Eating Model.™ You’ll also learn about the 12 food groups that are featured on the model, including their health benefits and culinary uses. Rather than adhering to and memorizing dietary rules, you’ll cultivate discernment, confidence, and advocacy insights.
