Course Module Description: This course (featuring Side Dishes 3 & 3X) supports you in cultivating an eco-sustainable lifestyle that protects both human health and Earth’s life-support systems. Through inquiry-based and hands-on self-empowerment activities, you’ll explore how everyday choices—chemicals, products, food systems, and waste—affect your body and the planet.
Designed for eco-learners and Eco-Mentors, the activities examine environmental illness, detoxification, clean beauty, non-toxic living, sustainable food practices, gardening, composting, and green innovation.
