About Course
This paired learning sequence (featuring Main Dishes 3 & 3X) guides you to understand how to sustain life within your body and the Earth in today’s increasingly toxic world. Through four (Video) Discovery & Empowerment Dialogues, with two reflective Discovery Missions woven between them, you’ll explore how everyday chemicals, consumer products, food systems, and lifestyle habits impact both human health and ecological wellbeing. You’ll examine how toxins accumulate in the body and ecosystems, evaluate the true sustainability of modern technologies and household practices, and reflect on the societal and corporate forces that perpetuate environmental harm. Guided missions support hands-on awareness, including assessing waste, shifting toward “eco-lovefill” lifestyles, and holding agricultural systems to higher ecological standards. You’ll also explore detoxification, microbiome health, and the vital connection between soil, gut health, immunity, and resilience. By the end, you’ll feel empowered to make informed food and lifestyle choices, cultivate eco-sustainable habits, and act as a conscious mentor supporting both personal vitality and planetary regeneration.
