About Course
This paired learning sequence (featuring Main Dishes 4 & 4X) invites you to examine your relationship with food and ask a powerful question: Are you a conscious eater? Through four (Video) Discovery & Empowerment Dialogues and two reflective Discovery Missions, you’ll explore how cultural conditioning, government food models, and industrial agriculture have shaped modern eating habits—often at the expense of human and planetary health. You’ll critically examine the limits of dietary guidelines, the ethical and ecological costs of factory farming, and the impact of depleted soils on food quality. Guided missions support releasing unconscious eating patterns, honoring the body and Earth as sacred, and creating a mindful, nourishing kitchen culture. You’ll be introduced to the Eco-Intelligent Eating Model™, learning how to farm green, eat clean, and choose nutrient-dense foods. Drawing from traditional wisdom such as Chinese Food Therapy, you’ll explore energetic food qualities, slow nourishment, and gratitude—transforming everyday meals into acts of vitality, balance, and eco-nutritional care.
